About the Studio
WB Studio
A startup in a box
Woodland Bridge builds the company alongside you, module by module, so it can withstand institutional diligence from day one. We stay engaged after the raise closes.
A studio builds the venture alongside you
A consultancy hands you a deck and a set of recommendations. A studio builds the operating model, wires up the financial model, produces the materials, and stays in the room while the raise runs. The studio’s work shows up inside the venture, not in a report next to it.
The studio is opinionated about how ventures are built. We work module by module, from a set of productised parts assembled for where your venture actually is.
See the eleven modules and how they compose in How we build.

We’re in the room with you as a fractional operator
Woodland Bridge shows up as an operator, not an adviser. The studio sits alongside you through the build, working the modules with you rather than handing you a deck of recommendations to execute. Shoulder to shoulder from the first sketch of the operating model to the first term sheet.
That posture shows up in the engagement fee. A reduced build fee covers the module work; a defined equity stake sits alongside it. When the venture succeeds, the studio succeeds. When it doesn’t, the studio wears the loss with you.
The Build Fee
Covers the module work. Priced below a standalone consultancy engagement so the equity can carry the rest.
The Equity Stake
A defined share in the venture. Sized to the scope of the build. Pays properly when the venture does.
Founders building institution-scale ventures.
- You have a thesis that could take institutional capital, but the venture isn’t built to survive diligence yet.
- You want a partner in the build itself, working alongside your team on the modules that need work.
- You are comfortable with a partner who has an opinion and will push back on the ones you had wrong.
A few ventures we won’t take.
- Founders who want a rubber stamp on materials that are already fixed.
- Ventures with no institutional-scale path. A studio is expensive to run for a lifestyle business.
- Anyone treating the raise as the finish line. The raise is where the work starts.

Consuela Onighi
Studio Partner, Brand and Narrative
Consuela leads the narrative and product-positioning modules for studio ventures. Her work sits between the commercial thesis and the materials allocators see first: pitch, positioning, product story.
LinkedIn →We help you make your venture a reality
Woodland Bridge partners with founders at the earliest stage of building a venture. We help you put the operating model, the product, and the commercial motion in place. Those are the parts of the company that decide whether it can go to market and whether it can hold together under diligence.
We engage where there is a clear brief, aligned expectations, and a serious intent to build.
